This mission will ensure the safe transfer of these key figures to U.S. control, preserving Belarus' legitimate leadership and facilitating diplomatic negotiations. All efforts will focus on maintaining operational security, minimizing resistance, and ensuring a swift, covert transport to the rendezvous point.

A. Commander’s Intent

The purpose of this mission is to ensure the safe and successful extraction of the Belarus President, Vice President, and leading General to U.S. forces in Tinkanen. The intent is to preserve the leadership of Belarus and prevent their capture or assassination by hostile forces loyal to the PLFB. We will execute this operation with speed, precision, and minimal exposure to hostile threats.

B. Key Tasks

- Secure and protect the extraction route.

- Minimize civilian and military casualties during the operation.

- Maintain stealth and avoid engagement unless necessary for mission success.

- Ensure the continuous communication and coordination with U.S. forces in Tinkanen for handoff.

C. End State

The Belarus leadership will be safely in U.S. custody at the Tinkanen coastal town, without compromise, allowing them to regroup and continue diplomatic operations. Operational success will be marked by minimal exposure, no loss of personnel, and the prevention of hostile forces intercepting the convoy.
