68W – COMBAT MEDIC SPECIALIST

As a 68W Combat Medic in the 1st Ranger Battalion, Arma 3 Realism; you play an essential and multifaceted role in ensuring the health and readiness of your fellow soldiers in game. Your primary responsibility is to provide emergency medical treatment and stabilize injured team members during intense combat scenarios. Trained in trauma care, CPR, and basic ACE surgical procedures, you are the first line of defense against injuries sustained downrange.

In Arma 3, the realism of our simulations means that your skills as a Combat Medic are crucial. You'll need to quickly assess injuries, administer life-saving treatments, and coordinate medical evacuations under fire. The dynamic and unpredictable nature of our operations requires you to stay calm and effective under pressure, ensuring the survival and combat effectiveness of your unit.

Beyond your medical expertise, you are also a fully trained infantry soldier. You’ll engage in combat, support your squad in tactical maneuvers, and contribute to the overall mission objectives. Your dual role as both a healer and a warrior makes you indispensable, providing critical support during offensive assaults, defensive operations, and prolonged engagements.

Our advanced mods and AI enhancements create realistic and challenging scenarios where your decisions and actions have significant impacts. You’ll train extensively through our Basic Combat Training (BCT) and specialized medical courses to hone your skills. Regular operations will test your abilities, from treating a single casualty under fire to managing mass casualty situations.
